So I have been looking for some massage center, and in order to book for the slot I have to pay the whole fees in advance which is 60GBP which I paid, then requester kept on declining that he didn't receive any payment for which I have provided him the receipt, but then he stopped replying to me, and it looks like a fraud, please suggest how to proceed further, I have raised a depute claim with Paypal team but they declined it stating that there is no unauthorised transaction but I know that the other person is a fraudster. Please suggest.
