Seller is asking me to return items to a different address provided in an open PayPal case ? The address given in the case is a Chinese address in their language and doesn’t correspond to the address they’re given me in direct emails. The items are fake and do not fit that I have previously tried to cancel but they’ve continued to post and ignore my emails.

Hello @Grant511

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum and thanks for posting here!

I understand your concern about returning items back to the seller. To keep PayPal purchase fair to both parties, PayPal asks the buyer to return the items to process the refund. You need to return the items to the address communicated by PayPal. Shipping the item to a different address may lead to closure of the case in seller's favor. If you're unsure about the return shipping address, please reach out to PayPal Support team to confirm the same.

Good luck,

Bindu
