I was trying to buy a product and that seller guy cheated me and didn’t provide me the product after payment, so i claimed for money in paypal and waited for sellers response and didn’t get any so, i escalated the case and the case was in review but not i got a mail telling I can’t use paypal due to Potential risk, I don’t understand that means i lost my money?? And he won the case and I don’t get my money back
