Scammed by Social Media "friend", get F&F payment back?

Hey, I've been dumb and too trustworthy, and now I've been scammed for 150€. I made friends with a young lady on a social media platform, and she wanted to visit me. I wanted to cover her fuel costs, so she asked me to send 150€ to her best friend, who helped her out when her car broke down and needed a repair. I sent him the 150€ (on her wish as Family&friends, as it was not really a purchased good) and as soon as he informed her that the money has arrived, I was blocked, both by him on Paypal and by her on the mentioned social media platform. Ofc she never visited me, so I want the money back. But I can't issue a "conflict" for F&F payments. BR Duke

Sadly you sent a 'gift' of money to someone and so have 0 buyer protection.
