Scam, they keep hitting your bank.

I received a call from my bank first thing. They advised that three transactions (with one failing) were presented to my bank. They were from ZIMOMO but did not say PayPal. I did make a purchase via PayPal early this morning but prior to paying I was prompted to check my order-I checked before hitting the approve & pay button (I thot). Then I was asked to log on again cause "something went wrong". I did, same thing. I found out that the "check your order" button automatically submitts for payment. Then because "something went wrong" and you log in again, you've just made another transaction-no excuse for it to happen a third time though. I asked PayPal to ban them from my account but they cannot until they see it on their end which has not happened yet, but still they took two payments from my bank.

Hi @Wherezmy,

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post!

I am so sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. When a transaction is made using your PayPal account, it will appear in your PayPal Activity page instantly.

If you cannot see the transactions in your PayPal Activity page, it would mean they were made using your bank/card directly via a guest checkout.

If this is the case, I would suggest you contact the merchant to request a refund. If they charged you incorrectly, they will have the option to issue you a refund. If they do not co-operate with you, please contact your bank/card issuer to see what options to you have with them.

I hope you get this sorted!
