you and I alike. Paypal is in with these I would say. I am getting details on how to complain to the financial services ombudsman and will post it here hopefully lots will follow suit. You are right they need to stop giving these scammers the right to use Paypal as we do feel safe but are not covered.
Hello! How did you make the return? I got scammed by a company named Sketons.co and now I am trying to send back the fake items I got. They gave me exactly the same address you have but the mail company here in Sweden they are telling me that the address is too long. I don't know what to do. Can Paypal help me in any way ?
Yes, just this morning I received a full refund. I threatened the scam company with outting them internationally via the BBC and other social media forums and it seemed to shake them up. It took a lot of emails from me to them, most of their replies were automated.
I ordered 5 items ... Took 3 weeks and a complaont at paypal before they send me my stuff ... Received only 3 out of 5 items ... I made another complaint ... Damn company keeps on saying that they've made the refund ... Never received anything ... Paypal told me they couldn't come to an agreement with the company ... WHAT AGREEMENT ??? I WANT MY STUFF OR MY MONEY !!! Now paypal is asking me to send back the items to the company if I want my money back ... Like #### ... First I don't have the items 'cause they weren't for me ... Plus ... They really think that even if I still had the damn clothes, I would send them back ... So I woukd have no money AND no items. HELL NO !!!
brought clothing from them only felt safe due to having paypal as a option clothes arrive complete and utter garbage nothing like photos showed some totally see-through oversized and not cottom all nylon type cheap material have filed a dispute and been over a month no response from company nor paypal. Ready to file with the bank if they dont respond and file Fraud Case as they are stealing images from Legit Websites and once they get a crap load of money they just seem to be moving on to the next scam and new websites
Bought two tops and two pairs of summer trousers. They did arrive but all different sizes to the ones I ordered. Looked good in the photographs but poor quality. No response on returns.
