PayPal won't help.  Don't waste any more time.  Go to your bank.  If you paid via credit card, go to them.  I used PayPal credit, so I am now filing a dispute with Synchrony Bank.  This is my last resource.  Too bad there isn't an attorney among us -- we could file a suit against PayPal.   ... RSS2 Yes, it is a scam.  Read the link someone posted from Kent House concerning PayPal and chinese scammers.  PayPal will eventually send you a return address, but it will be in China.  You will have to pay customs and shipping, and the address, according to others in this community, is bogus.  Go to your bank or credit card company, whichever you used for payment. Same here.  Ordered boots from BinHorse that came via Shopping Technology.  PayPal sent me a return address for Shopping Technology, but it is in China.  I probably won't do that because those addresses tend to be nonexistent.  I'm going to PayPal credit not, because that's how I paid.  If you used your bank, go there.  If you used a cc, that's the best -- they will usually refund with not much fuss.  Good luck! ... You may not get your case dismissed.  PayPal sent me a return address for Shopping Technology, but it is in China, and I don't think it is legitimate.  And I don't feel it is fair for me to pay customs fee and shipping cost.  I think PayPal will dismiss my case when I don't upload the tracking information for shipping the package back.  Since I paid with PayPal credit, I decided to go to their bank, which is Synchrony (click on paypal credit) and fill out a dispute form.  If this doesn't work, I may have to try something else, but we may all be **bleep**. 😞 ... Valmasson:   Boy, I can't get anywhere with PayPal.  There is no live person, even on the phone.  Everything is automated.  As far as my claim against Shopping Technology, PayPal sent me a return address in China.  I did this a few years ago, and even the return address was a sham.  After paying customs and shipping, my package ended up on my doorstep 2 months later with no explanation.  The PO verified by the stickers that the package had indeed been received at the other end.  I can't even communicate with PayPal via this dispute.  All I can do is upload my tracking information.  There is no place to have a further conversation.  I want a prepaid label if I'm sending to China.
