once paypal refuse the claim back for money then go to the financial services ombudsman with all the details. keep copies of everything. I shall do this once they finally close and refuse my claim. If we all do this it will help everyone
I didn't wait for Paypal to drag their feet. I went to my financial institution. Shopping Technology company clearly fraudulent and PayPal and FaceBook seemingly complicit. As soon as my financial institution reversed charges, PayPal froze my account. My advice...switch to using a credit card ...more protection than PayPal.
I got about seven emails asking me to reconsider keeping my order. Each time I asked for a refund. Now I am getting auto-replies. Has anyone successfully worked with PayPal to get a refund from these fraudsters?
I don't have any contact information for them. I found the issue by going back in my PapPal account so have no paperwork.. Must be at a total loss for me. Did file with PayPal but not expecting a miracle after reading everone experience here.
Success! I got my money back because they used a fake tracking number and I never got anything. Reading all the posts about fake goods I guess I'm lucky they never sent me anything. Good luck to all of you trying to get your money back from these scum bags.
I have been scammed by cheap **bleep** product from Shopping Technology. I ordered a pair of canvas shoes and finally over 30 days later I received a cheap **bleep** product. No way I can wear these shoes. Does anyone no how to contact this seller? I will never by a product seen on FaceBook ever again.
