Has anyone had a phone call from PayPal wanting you to download an app SPLASHGOP SOS?? To connect to the server to be able to download a form to block someone?

This is not something that PayPal would do so please do not download any apps or give any information like this through an app. If we are requesting something from you we will ask for it through your PayPal account.
Please block the number that called you for your own safety and if you downloaded any apps via the call please be sure to remove them.
