Return merchandise for refund

I want to return an item I received. Invoice number W7783-25782. The dress doesn’t fit and looks awful. Please advise how I can return the merchandise for a full refund. Thank you Sandra Moore

If you just don't like it then you would need to sort it out with the vendor as paypal does not cover you for buyer remorse.

However if the item was misdescribed then open a paypal dispute?
