Resolving an issue/uploading identification

Hi, I opened a paypal account for business today and they have raised a issue requesting that I add an identification document. However when I click to resolve this issue, the whole screen freezes as soon as the pop up for this comes. I cant upload the document or click on anything else on the screen either. Please help!

Usually, clearing your cache and cookies, and then trying again using a different browser resolves this issue.

Thanks. I actually called the help center and emailed my identification to them and sorted out the issue.
