Resolve account limitation, but page not found.

I have an account limitation, but when I click "resolve" it takes me to a page that says "Something’s not right. That page doesn’t exist." I originally had 3 items that needed to be resolved, but I was able to able to submit 2 of them. The only one left giving me issues is the "Confirm your identity" task. When I click on "resolve" it tries to redirect me to a page, but the redirect fails and says the page is not available.

I am having the EXACT same problem right now & I am getting so frustrated with this B.S. ....
