Refund requests to my paypal account and no product purchased

Hello all,

Someone is creating refund requests to my paypal account, and there is no product purchased from me. How can I solve this issue?

I have updated a comment in the open cases that "There is an issue in my account". I hope Paypal to review and solve this issue asap.

Anyone come across similar problem?

Refund requests? Are you receiving what appears to be unsolicited PayPal Invoices and/or money requests asking to be refunded? If you’ve received accompanying official PayPal emails to these invoices/requests, forward them to phishing@paypal.com and they can be ignored or canceled.
