Automatic payment unthorization from zeedrop

Hi, greeting here, my name is Chris [Removed], I need help for what I'm passing through now from my PayPal account, last year 2022 I created account from zeedrop through Facebook, at user time, the zeedrop lead me to my PayPal account and I thought it just to add my PayPal account to zeedrop for future payment, little did I know that zeedrop we make automatic payment through my bank account which I didn't authorize zeedrop for any transaction payment ,till today I saw alert in my bank account, that I purchase $16.99 which I didn't authorize it, i was so surprised to seen that, and I contacted PayPal for report, but I don't have any good news from PayPal till now, and it was a serious case to me which I don't know how to handle it, all I need is zeedrop to refund my money back to my bank account ,I contact zeedrop for so many time but no reply to me Please, help me out, to get my my money back to me Because I'm tired Thanks?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

If you had a subscription set up then of course paypal will pay it as instructed so any refund would be between you and zeedrop.

Thank you so much, I have go through it and I saw unsubscribed to cancel payment So when I press the unsubscribed in the zeedrop and it lead me to my PayPal account to cancel it , but I saw there active automatic payment and inactive automatic payment and I press inactive and logout and login again in zeedrop to check it, if I still subscribed on zeedrop I still saw unsubscribed to cancel payment and I follow it again and it lead me back to my PayPal account, where I saw active and inactive automatic payment and I still press inactive to ensure I unsubscribed from them entirely, Please Amin going it wrong or right Because PayPal has told me, they have cancelled it, that it was unthorization payment when I reported to PayPal, PayPal give them 10 days or January 25 for them to respond for the case What I'm seeing in, when I login in zeedrop is unsubscribed, and I ask u bro Is it indicating I'm unsubscribed from zeedrop or still in subscription with them Please Thanks ?
