Automatic payment unthorization from zeedrop

Hi, greeting here, my name is Chris [Removed], I need help for what I'm passing through now from my PayPal account, last year 2022 I created account from zeedrop through Facebook, at user time, the zeedrop lead me to my PayPal account and I thought it just to add my PayPal account to zeedrop for future payment, little did I know that zeedrop we make automatic payment through my bank account which I didn't authorize zeedrop for any transaction payment ,till today I saw alert in my bank account, that I purchase $16.99 which I didn't authorize it, i was so surprised to seen that, and I contacted PayPal for report, but I don't have any good news from PayPal till now, and it was a serious case to me which I don't know how to handle it, all I need is zeedrop to refund my money back to my bank account ,I contact zeedrop for so many time but no reply to me Please, help me out, to get my my money back to me Because I'm tired Thanks?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If you had a subscription set up then of course paypal will pay it as instructed so any refund would be between you and zeedrop.
