Refund from sending money to family or friend

Hi when was this terms of use put into place for non refunds as it wasn’t there when i first signed up and i was not informed until it’s too late, which is now.

There has never been buyer protection for friends/family transactions, they are just that, for sending gifts of money to close mates and relatives.

Hey! I saw your comment about a family and friends refund going back into a credit card, but wanted to see if this information was still accurate?

actually he did,but they got send by diffrent currency I mean it sends to your paypal with swedens currency and u got them in Swedens currency and the only way to exchange them is to send the money to your friend and he to send them in usd there is an option he will see it and you ll get them.
Also if your not sure that u have them go to your wallet if you are on mobile on the last option  and there  it says balance and under it 2/3 currencies  usd and eur and the swedens one if you dont have the swedens one they just didnt refund and you should contact paypal.
