Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues providing information requested by PayPal. Is there a limitation on your account requesting your ID? If so, normally a limitation would not be able to be lifted unless the requested documentation is provided. If you're just trying to complete CIP verification, here are the Acceptable documents you can submit to complete that process.
