Refund from dispute

I purchased from an individual on marketplace with PayPal credit. The product was not as described. I did a dispute and seller accepted liability. I was told id get a refund immediately but not gotten it. My case says Jan 18. Geez! How long will it take?

Who told you about refund immediately, seems like case is still open, not escalated, or under review.

Issued refunds can take about a week, up to 30 days for credit or 3-5 business days for bank payments.
