Refund denied

A bought something from horizon hobby and it does not fit ask for money back they said take up with supplier so I did and they can't refund me because horizon should have done now paypal wont refund me so now I have a 68.00 us Pease of junk thank you paypal

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but significantly other than as described.

So as you received it and it was described accurately just didn't fit then they don't cover buyer remorse unfortunately.

So any refund would be between you and the merchant to sort out.

Paypal gives 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection but does not give you 100% cover for everything so your best bet is to read up on buyer protection so you can risk assess your transactions.
