Refund after 180 days on PayPal

Hi I bought the omega watch last year and trying to sell but found that the watch is modified ,inside is omega but the dial and frame is not but it’s over 180 days so how can I return to seller ? Or and open case or I need to dispute with my credit card? Please help🙏🙏🙏

Dispute through your card if it isn’t past their deadline to dispute because you’re past the deadline to file a PayPal dispute.
