None on the reasons you listed are relevant. My problem was that your people disabled my account. PayPal sent an email in early March demanding that we add a photo id to our profile. We missed that email and the account was suspended. No other email or notice was sent before or after PayPal suspended the account. A pretty **bleep** process don't you think?
