I have buyed a digital profuct from a scammer. He asked me to send the money as friend. He does not send the product and dont answer for me. Paypal does not refund the money. How can i get it back? Thanks
Sorry, but you paid as friends and family. You sent a ‘gift’ payment. Buyer protection does not apply. Next time do not use friends and family when buying something.
