Problem with activation

hello, I cannot activate the card. the error "There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you" gets out

You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country.
You can only link a visa credit card.

Also the option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in  Azerbaijan.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.

Hi @Testify123,

Thank you for your reply! A card added to your account must be registered to your name and the address that corresponds with your PayPal account, in the country of the account's registration.

To my knowledge, you should not be limited to Visa. That typically matters more in countries where withdrawal to a card is possible. However, if you are getting the error with a MasterCard and not with a Visa, please let me know.

Hi @Testify123,

Thank you for that clarification. Is that a debit or prepaid card that an employer uses to pay you? It's possible that the nature of the card is preventing the card confirmation charge from being charged as a protective measure. If the issue persists after going through the troubleshooting steps that I linked in my other post, you may be unable to use that card.
