Hi.
So I pre ordered a couple of rare items whose pre-order dates are up to one year in advance of their release dates, and such the payments were also charged up to one year in advance of the release and shipment date of those items. For rare collectables items, manufacturers sometimes put up pre order date of their items up to one year in advance their release date so if I want to secure those rare items, I also have to make payments much further in advance.
As I placed my pre-orders up to one year in advance of the item's release date, will I still be eligible to file a PayPal dispute if I have issues with the orders or the seller on the release date? For instance, the seller might scam me and never deliver my order on the release date even though I have made payment up to a year in advance.
