Does seller protection include hiding phone number and address from buyers?

I am setting up a PayPal account for my boss, who does NOT want their phone number or address visible to buyers. (Not a scammer, just someone kinda sorta famous.) I have no idea if that information will show up on the account to someone buying something or not. Can anyone help me with that?

Buyers would get name /or business name + email address normally.
