So I recently bought an item off facebook and they wanted to me to pay via paypal which is fine ive done it multiple times with no issues. On my end everything went through fine and the money left my account but now the seller is saying they cant access the funds and want me to pay again via bank transfer. They said they would refund me on paypal but they already shipped the item and it says its been sent on my paypal and tracking has been provided. Is this a possible scam to get me to pay twice for the same item?
