Hi, is there any posibility to contact paypal? They told me I have to add my US tax residency or contact them if I dont have it. Else they start witholding 24%. I have nothing to do with USA. So paypal can not take anything, but they just ignore any of my emails.. chat agents are never available, calling them makes nothing as they told me nothing after loooong call anyways.. even on the internet the links to the support centre never work (intentionally…). I understand paypal wants to save on customer service, but they legally have to provide it. If they can do this, the next time they can just write an email that everyone had to pay them 1.000usd if you dont contact them.. this is simply a theft. I have nothing to do with is taxes, i pay my taxes in my country
