My account got limited permanently because they found me not enough age 18 when register the account...I register the account since 2019, and I am already 21 at year 2023...They suggest me to create a new account but I am not able to remove phone number and email address...lol I only got one phone number, the email address also very important for me because it link to my bank account and there are still some balance in my account. Am I still able to restore my account or remove my phone number & email address?

Unfortunately no. For legal reasons, they don’t allow accounts opened under age to be active. That’s the consequences of violating their policy. Use a different email address, change your phone number.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
