I have odered something by ebay kleinen anze protection.fir 559€ but right after that i contact the seller and requested my money back thru paypal .but the seller hasn't say anything still i would like to know what if the seller close is paypal account. Does paypal could still have access to the seller account and get that money and refund it back to me?
