Paypal ignorance in digital goods ways of delivery. Should sellers loose money???

Is that OK ,that i provided proof of delivery in game (TRADE HISTORY document in game WITH DATE AND TIME OF GIVING OF THE ITEM TO BUYER) , but Paypal not knowing what is it and not knowing all ways of delivering digital goods in games - just ignored seller protection in chargeback case??? I guess while Paypal offers protection for digital items MUST EXPLORE all ways of items delivery. Sellers of digital items must not loose money only coz of the ignorance of Paypal

I provided all proofs of delivery - screenshots in game, document TRADE HISTORY from game, username of buyer, buyers screenshot of email from Paypal. Also i wanted to provide video of transaction where buyer receives item in game from me. But Paypal just dont accept it all ! How can that be? Should they know all ways for digital items delivering???  Especially when seller provides document from game with TRADES HISTORY WITH DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY ! will we all loose our money just coz Paypal dont know how digital items can be delivered ????????

For intangible or digital goods, proof of delivery means compelling evidence to show the item was delivered or the purchase order was fulfilled. Compelling evidence could include a system of record showing the date the item was sent and that it was either:

• Electronically sent to the recipient, including the recipient’s address (email, IP, etc.), where applicable.
• Received or accessed by the recipient.

Here is what i provided -
- screenshot of buyers contact with me in Instagram, providing his Paypal payment,
email from Paypal,which proves he has access to Paypal and email, user ID in game
- search for the user ID in game, connected to his PAYPAL email, showing his user ID in game,
prooving connection between Paypal ID and user ID in game
- Trading history - document in game, showing date and time of delivering order to buyer,
with user ID showed before
- screenshot of successful trade
I wanted to provide video of giving item to buyer,
but Paypal said it doesnt need it as a proof.
So all proofs of delivery of item are presented, but Paypal for no reason refuses to
compensate my loss in this case as a trusted seller, though its guaranteed in
SELLER PROTECTION POLICY

But digital items can be also items in games. My game provides document in it TRADING HISTORY, there is shown date and time of transaction with item. There is shown IDs of users and date and time item was given. Paypal should explore these ways of delivering items also, so that stores could be protected and go on using Paypal for their stores. Not all games have TRADING HISTORY in them. But the games which provide it, must be concidered as document of proove of delivery
