Paypal has removed $101.99 from my account (it's on my bank screen), but no Paypal transaction appears. Paypal is closed, refuses to help.
It's quite nice that when this happens, you know you can call a now-closed Paypal phone line and get an advertisement for car insurance, though.
Anyway, how in the world do I get the money back? As far as I can tell, this is not a merchant issue; it's a Paypal issue -- there is no record of this transaction and I can only see the money missing by looking at my bank account.
