Paypal Restore Account Limit Confirm Email

Hi, i've been resolving some identity as paypal ask me for information, but im stuck at issue where my email isnt confirmed,

but i check its already confirm, is it a bug ?

please anyone have same issue with me?

You can have up to 8 email addresses on a paypal account so are they all confirmed if you have more than 1 added?
