Payment without my consent.

I received a charge for a product I do not know and have not ordered.
I have authorized the seller for automatic payments but I have never ordered anything.
I am trying to request a refund through the PayPal system but I cannot integrate with an available case into the system.
I tried to send an email but could not find any email. I tried to talk in live chat but there is no agent available since yesterday.
So, i want to know what can i do.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

After first thanking you for the help.
I tried again to find an agent in the live chat but it is impossible.
It seems that afternoon hours in Greece where I live are dead hours for the hours they work.
I still do not understand why there is no email available for cases
that someone can use when cannot communicate in the way that their system already gives.
I'm talking about that multichoice form that already exist.
I really don't understand.
