I received a charge for a product I do not know and have not ordered. I have authorized the seller for automatic payments but I have never ordered anything. I am trying to request a refund through the PayPal system but I cannot integrate with an available case into the system. I tried to send an email but could not find any email. I tried to talk in live chat but there is no agent available since yesterday. So, i want to know what can i do. Thanks a lot. Tassos.
