If you can't refund then tell your client to open a dispute for non receipt of item which you do not challenge so he gets a refund.

Yeah, He had tried doing this but it's been 4 days he don't got a refund. Well, how much time it will take to show refund in his account. When I contact the Pay pal Assistant it says that we found the dispute in favor of my client and the money is credited from your account. now what can I do? How much time it will take?

Depends how he funded the payment to you in the first instance >>>

If they funded the original Paypal payment to you from their bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
