Sudden permanent limitationon account

Hi friends, I am in strange situation. I from India and starting selling on ETSY. I got my first sale yesterday which is supposed to be shipped by end of 3 weeks. This has to be first incoming transection of my validated business account. They give temporary restriction, I uploaded all the documents except the shipping as it has to be done in upcoming days. All of a sudden I saw permanent limit on account. My ETSY shop is dependent of paypal as there are no other option for ETSY India. Unfortunately, my business is much dependent on international market. We are making on demand product in line of international market. In short PayPal simply put a full stop on my whole business without even asking me once. I have given them all the valid records they asked at the time of account opening and even after also. Now I have an open order of 1500USD, holded by PayPal and completely spoling my ETSY shop. What to do now?

Read PayPal’s emails carefully. You’ll have to wait 180 days to withdrawal in case a dispute is filed against your 1500 USD payment. PayPal will email you when it is ok to withdrawal.

If PayPal still think there is a problem or a high risk with your account after reviewing your documents and account, they can decide to ban your account.

Try writing to the email address in the ‘Contact PayPal first’ section about your problem and request your account be restored:

Thanks for your prompt reply. But the problem is there is no dispute by the buyer. He is still waiting for the product to be final packed and shipped. I do not have tracking number right now. It was my first sale on ETSY

I read in the community that higher value transection are suspicious for PayPal. But I am helpless here as my products range from 2000 to 4000 USD.
