PayPal site unresponsive when I try to upload proof of business address

Hi! Today, I updated my home and business address on my PayPal account. After this, I received an email from PayPal asking me to confirm my identity. I clicked on the link provided and it took me to a screen asking for "Proof of business address". However, when I try clicking on those words, nothing happens. The URL doesn't change nor does the page try loading anything.

 
I would like to provide proof of my address but the site itself is not allowing me to. I've tried 3 different browsers(Brave, Chrome, Microsoft Edge) but to no avail. Is there a fix for this or a way to submit proof of my address through email so that this issue can be resolved?
