Does PayPal get a percentage from the sellers that scam us?? Because I got scammed for $99 and PayPal sided with seller. I sent numerous emails to seller (no response) I contacted PayPal and they place abound on hold and ultimately released it to scammer saying I was at fault. PayPal does nothing verify sellers like they should.
Paypal provides 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection, however in the event of a dispute they never see the item that was sent so they have to make a judgement call.
They are never going to please both parties as someone is always going to lose.
Sadly you have given us 0 information on what happened, not even which dispute you opened so hard to advise further.
