PayPal asking for buisiness address, but we are remote

My accounts and funds were locked and I was asked to reverify my identity. However, I am stuck on the part where it needs proof of business address or office and I can't get past that point. Our business is fully remote online and it is not possible to provide such proof. It would be great if someone could help because having everything locked really affects us.

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step.
