Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry you've received an unexpected notification for a charge on your account. If you do see the charge on your PayPal account, you can report it as unauthorized with the steps in this article: How do I report an unauthorized transaction? 

Also, here's some useful info on How to spot fake, phishing, or spoof emails or websites.

  The company is a fraud site which is operated from a home. It seems that many people were emailed an invoice for $714.13 on Nov. 1.  Do not confuse this site ( Paragon Armory, LLC ) with Paragon Armory, which is a legitimate business.

  i already alerted my bank about this just in case an attempted withdrawal is made.
