from my recent transactions my got account got limited. 1st payment is 5$ it is paid by customer regarding website debugging and 2nd transaction of 10$ is received by my friend from iraq. Basically my LTD company is doing website development related business. My Company T Xpert Solution LTD is registered in UK and we are dealing all IT Solutions like Software houses.
Welcome to the club! When PayPal makes a mistake, or wants to blame you for anything, this is how they deal with it! Their is no "resolution" process! I did two things. 1.) File a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau (BBB). They are doing an excellent job with my case right now. 2.) Contact your local financial institution if this has affected the use of your credit card. They conduct an investigation just like your BBB. If your case is resolved, immediately close your PayPal account. They are "poison!"
Just happened to me an hour ago also. My partner donated $10 to a charity stream for Movember to my Paypal, got flagged and Permanently limited within 5 minutes.
