So someone calls with a digital TV offer, usually I refuse any offer by phone, but this one was a heck of a legitimate offer. One year of IPTV, includes all the ultimate Bell FibeTV subscription channels for basically $100 per year! I ask for a demo, they show me a demo. It's 4k channels, all sports, film, etc. Impeccable quality, I'm thinking this can't be pirated. I thought pirated had to look a bit fishy. So I think why not benefit others. I asked to buy 10 licenses, and they gave me a reseller discount which ended up being about $58 per user per year, for a digital TV offer that would cost over $1000 per year from Bell. Three days into the service, I come across channels that are %100 no doubt pirated. Like a Disney+ channel and a Netflix Channel that play 24/7 movies from those subscriptions. I contact them about it, the rep said oh yeah? I thought it was authentic and not pirated, but no worries your satisfaction is guaranteed. I have that conversation recorded actually. Meanwhile, I contacted two of the sports channels, they confirmed this is unauthorized subscription. And sent me links to a litigation case they've made against that very same company. To which I forwarded to the customer rep. No response. The rep kept saying they'll refund it, it's on the way, etc... until it was 4 weeks into the service and still no refund. So I opened a ticket on day 30. They responded a full month later, saying that the client saw the demo and agreed to buy this, we didn't change anything in the description. I responded and said: but I literally asked if this is authentic and their rep straight out lied and said "yes they have all contracts with the content providers and everything is clean.", I then clicked to escalate to PayPal. It's been a week, so I just went back to the case to follow up and it's marked as closed!!!! What can I do?! Please don't stop me here and say "well the price is so cheap you should've known it's pirated". I've worked in exporting containers of discounted authentic retail at up to 90% off the retail price to international markets. Anyhow, I pay the

In the event of an item received but not as described dispute the item or services has to be ''significantly'' other than as described.
You paid for a digital tv subscription offer and received one so that would be as far as it goes.
Any authenticity would be for you to sort out with the merchant that sold it to you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
