Package delivered to old that's an year old.

I have an package that was delivered to my old address that I haven't live at over an 16 mths. An then some how this package that I been waiting for 2weeks get delivered there and it's on the 4 installment plan. What can I do to get my package or stop the last 2 payments.

Paypal sends it to the address on your paypal account at the time of payment OR the address the site you purchased from has on record as your address.
