I just wanted to ask if paypal sends random verification charges on my linked credit card? I received an SMS today being charged 1 USD, but later reversed which I know happens when you are trying to link a card. I did not open nor make a transaction today in PAYPAL.
I'm trying to figure out if someone is trying to access my card and link it to their paypal account.
