Overseas Transaction

The other day I ordered some pet medication for my sick hen. It isn't available in the UK so I ordered it from Birdpals, a website in the U.S. It wasn't until a couple of days later that I noticed on their website that they stated they didn't deliver overseas due to customs restrictions, yet still took my money. I've contacted them for a refund but had no response. I have tried to go through the problem-solving page on PayPal but as it's kind of automated I can't explain the reason for the problem. Any advice?

Click on the transaction and using the report a problem link on that details page open a dispute for non receipt of item (as they are not going to send internationally then they would not be able to supply tracking showing delivery) and make sure you escalate to a claim when you get that option.
