Ordered item but not had any correspondence from the company

Has anyone dealt with a Bailey Potter?. I ordered a table lamp from them and paid via PayPal. I have not had any correspondence whatsoever from Bailey Potter to acknowledge my order or expected delivery. Has anyone else had this problem?.

Open a dispute in the Resolution Center for item not received and make sure to escalate within 20 days. You have 180 days to open a dispute.
