I order a 31/2ton jack, they send me a broken car cell phone holder, pay pal not want give me my refund, I call my visa, they ok to refund me my money. Takes a month, even the company Kingbo they are scammer too.

Order a computer back in November they said delay but gave me a tracking number don't exist I've text them many time giving me run around where do I go from here money off my account no product

Raise it to pay pal, if they not help u, complaint to your visa, visa customer service are more helpful, don't give up, complaint it to the Chinese embassy, don't give up till u get your money back. I got my money back from my visa.

I ordered a "NUGGET ICE MAKER" for $19.99 + $7.99 shipping. After endless emails they claim I ordered an ice shovel for that price. Why would I pay that much for an ice shovel when I could purchase one at a store?! And no where is it written "ice shovel" not even in both of the images they sent me. And they want to give me a 50% refund, they scammed the wrong person.

I would not buy anything from OUYIGROUPLI. They use bait & switch tactics in their advertising. Keep hounding Paypal and send all your paperwork, copies of emails, and any other reference material to substantiate your claim. I ordered what I thought was a a jobsite table saw from one of OUYIGROUPLI's video ads. What I got was a silver glove(?) that may or may not have been shown on the ad. But the video was definitely all about this great Dewalt jobsite table saw. To make a long story short, I complained to Paypal, submitted copies of my e-mails, sent pictures of what they sent and the tracking number on the packaging, and did get my money back. Bottom line- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OUYIGROUPLI. From all the complaints I've seen they are using bait and switch for various different products.

Snap, I ordered the same saw as my old one had packed up and all I got was the same pair of silver gloves that were in the picture but not mentioned. Got my money back from paypal and mended the old saw which had sticky brushes and broken adjustment knobs and fence.

This definitely is a Scam. I am very upset with the fact PayPal won’t even help get my money back.
