Yes I have had a problem as Well!

Started a dispute and No solution from PayPal

  I never received the item.  When I checked the Tracking which was false.    The is No confirmed Signature and No Confirmation of delivery. No Courier Contact or Name to follow up on.   I asked PayPal did you ask for delivery confirmation? No reply!   In Australia nowadays with so much fraud the couriers take a image of the front of your house to Prove Delivery if out or ascertain a Signature if in attendance   Did PayPal ask for this?   This seller cannot give proof of Delivery or any details such as Airline or Courier (DHL Etc)   I am Not Happy as I Did Not Get The Item and I have been ripped off.   This is Fraud  as there exists no proof of Delivery.  I tried to appeal PayPal's decision but they shut the case.  All I can say is have noting to do with this Company and be aware they change their selling name.  DO NOT BUY OF FACBOOK    Regards

I am not really sure where to jump in on all these comments, but I for one do not understand how Pay Pal does not have any type of accountability to us as individuals who specifically go through them for protection against these exact type instances.   There are enough individuals just with these consumers to file some type of action and get this crap stopped.   If PayPal will NOT use their resources to do this, (since this is at least one of the things they do for a living  than I for one will not use them in the future and will gladly share my experience with those seeking to use their services.   This was my only purchase through PayPal, and I only made because it gave me a sense of security that helped me decide that it was a legitimate purchase.  I would have not otherwise made the purchase.

I had the same problem They shipped a chain with to links.  Not a battery operated chain saw.

Genau das Problem hatte/habe ich auch. Kettensäge bestellt und eine billige Survivalsage bekommen (daß ist die Gliederkette). Paypal hat bei mir auch den Käuferschutz abgelehnt. Absolute Betrugs-Firma! 😖

I, too, was denied from PayPal. I had sent them a photo along with the emails from the OUYI GROUP LIMITED company, all PP looked at was the shipping label created and the fact that an item was delivered, didn't matter to PayPal that it was not even close to the item purchased. This company has a long track record of fraud claims, PayPal is complicit. If you can't trust the consumer protection policies of PayPal, then buh-bye PayPal. BTW, it was supposed to be a replica steam engine ($28.00), received a cheap charging cable probably worth $3.00. How much do they kickback to PayPal?

I sent them a picture of the package with the shipping label on it, along with a picture of the cheap item they misshipped  and Paypal refunded me. That being said it took almost two months of persistence to get that refund, which ouyi is probably getting most folks won't do.

I got scammed too!  I think paypal should stop dealing with them! I reported them to the RCMP.  They use this url too:
