Not sure if this is a PayPal email

Hello, I am awaiting a payment from a person I don't know (from their PayPal to my bank acount). They told me to check my email for payment confirmation and this is the email I received. Not sure if this is legit or the person is trying to scam me since I was unable to find the senders email adress in relation to PayPal on their website.

Check your account for payment. If you do not see a payment in your account, it’s a scam.
