Need Help with Account Limitation and Identity Verification

Hi. I am willing to comply with regulatory requirements in confirming my identity as the account owner, however, I don't have here the documents they suggested. I only have here my PH Valid Government IDs like UMID and TIN ID. Where do you think I can ask for help regarding this matter? I've been trying to contact them via Facebook, Customer service and etc, and still cannot find the answer. They just limited my PayPal account. Looking forward to your answers and suggestions.

To remove a limitation from your account, normally PayPal would ask you upload the necessary documents or fulfill the requested steps to lift the limitation. If you're unable to complete the requested actions, at that time the limitation would remain on the account. However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see if any other options may be available. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
