I made a dispute on Nov. 9th because I thought a series of payments were unauthorized. It turns out these payments were not unauthorized and Paypal also realized that, and the case was closed. However, the seller is saying that the dispute is still open and that there are 16 of them. I definitely didn't make 16 disputes and I don't know how to close them. On my end, it says all of my cases are closed. I attached an image that the seller sent me showing them still open for them.

Hi @LiamKelly22,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum, and thank you for your post! It is possible that there was an error that caused the Unauthorized Access claim to be closed without the closure of the cases for the individual transactions, or there may be some other error. Please contact Customer Service to allow for some investigation into the matter and assistance.
I hope this is straightened out quickly for you!
Olivia
